Training Youth
YTY focuses on training youth to work with younger children in their community, school, after-school program, drop-in center, etc. Youth participate in a leadership skills training workshop where they share skills and learn about how to facilitate groups, how to support and work with children, the CTC methodology, and children’s rights.
